Les Cèdres suits families and commuters who want a village setting close to Vaudreuil-Dorion and the highways. Outside the village core, check whether the home is connected to municipal water and sewer or relies on a well and septic system. Near the river and the canal, consult the floodplain mapping and confirm insurability. For a heritage home, find out about the rules that could govern renovations.
