You always know where your sale stands: tracking of showings, buyer feedback and regular reports, right through to signing at the notary's office.
In Vaudreuil-Dorion, buyers first look at access to Highways 20, 30 and 40 and proximity to the Vaudreuil and Dorion stations. Sellers do well to specify the walking or driving time to the station, schools, parks and shops. Since the town combines Vieux-Vaudreuil, Dorion and newer neighbourhoods, positioning the property well helps reach the right buyers. For a waterfront home, lake access and the property's situation relative to flood zones will be unavoidable questions.

For many buyers who work in Montreal, the exo Vaudreuil–Hudson line is an important criterion. It's worth stating clearly in the listing the distance between the property and the Vaudreuil station or the Dorion station.
Yes. A decluttered, clean and well-lit property looks bigger in photos and attracts more showings. Start by depersonalizing (family photos, collections), repairing small defects, refreshing the paint in neutral tones and half-emptying the closets. We'll advise you room by room before the photo shoot.
There are more buyers from January to March and in the spring, but a well-prepared property sells in any season. For January to September 2026, homes in Vaudreuil-Dorion sold in an average of 38 days: the right price from the start matters more than the season.
With recent comparable sales in the area, not with the price your neighbours are asking. A fair price from the start attracts more visits and avoids price reductions. For reference, the median price of a single-family home in Vaudreuil-Dorion was $609,454 from January to September 2026.
The certificate of location, municipal and school tax bills, invoices for work and renovations, warranties that are still valid and, for a condo, the co-ownership documents. Having them ready from the start avoids delays and reassures buyers.
