The Montreal market, in numbers
Annie and Jasmin each have more than 10 years of real estate experience. Before every price and every offer, we analyze recent sales in Repentigny and the surrounding areas, using Centris data.

What we like about Repentigny is that it is bordered by both the St. Lawrence River and the Rivière L'Assomption, which gives a great deal of access to the water for a city of this size.

Repentigny stretches across the mouth of the Rivière L'Assomption, along the St. Lawrence River, just east of the Island of Montreal. Its history goes back to the seigneury granted to Pierre Legardeur in 1647, and the present-day city was created in 2002 through the merger of Repentigny and Le Gardeur. It is one of the largest cities in Lanaudière, linked to Montréal by Highway 40, the Le Gardeur Bridge and commuter rail. Families, retirees and daily commuters share established neighbourhoods and more recent sectors.
